1. Don't waste your money! I've been using the free version of this app for a few years now, so when I found out there is a "Pro" version, i got excited and didn't mind paying a few bucks for an upgrade.

2. Come to find out it's the same exact app! Actually it's even worse than the free version, because at least I am able to change basic settings (i.e. dimension color and style) on the free version.

3. It doesn't matter how many times I change these settings in the paid version, the settings never take.App constantly crashing I've had this app for years.

4. I've used it across several Apps and I constantly get an error message stating " not enough memory to process image" even if you close every app, clear all cache and restart phone.

5. Hope you don't get a problem tooworks great with my Samsung note.

6. great for sending working site drawings.great little tool .

7. couple more features and it is goldBeen using this for 7 years.

8. I have the pay version as well.Won't take pictures.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IMAGinE Measures Issues

1. Fix IMAGinE Measures Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IMAGinE Measures: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the IMAGinE Measures App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IMAGinE Measures" » Open IMAGinE Measures » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IMAGinE Measures » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IMAGinE Measures app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IMAGinE Measures servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IMAGinE Measures" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IMAGinE Measures app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IMAGinE Measures might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IMAGinE Measures. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IMAGinE Measures then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IMAGinE Measures not working


2. Fix IMAGinE Measures Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IMAGinE Measures be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IMAGinE Measures not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IMAGinE Measures may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
