Radio Disney is a family friendly radio not a radio that plays exclusively Disney Music.This app has not been updated since February 2020 so there is something seriously wrong with this app because it doesn't work on anyone's devices anymore and frankly I'm disappointed in Disney.i love this app but at times the music stops or it doesn't load or in the middle of he song it stops and have to get out of the app and then come back in and it plays the song againI downloaded this because I was tired of the excessive YouTube ads.

8. Where's the music variety?? There's not much to the menu you can't do much there are four stations to choose from.

9. All the singers sound the same (cannot sing) with those high pitched screeching notes and the same repetitive melodic tune.

1. Fix Radio Disney Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Radio Disney: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Radio Disney App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Radio Disney" » Open Radio Disney: Watch & Listen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Radio Disney » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Radio Disney: Watch & Listen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Radio Disney servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Radio Disney: Watch & Listen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Radio Disney app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Radio Disney might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Radio Disney. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Radio Disney then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Radio Disney not working

2. Fix Radio Disney Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Radio Disney be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Radio Disney not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Radio Disney may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
