1. The app coders apparently don't believe people travel outside their own country24 hours credit card verification?? Are you kidding me? What kind of business practice is this? So I spend consider time picking what exactly I want to eat, enter my address and finally add my credit card as a payment.

2. Total waste of my time trying to set it up properlySame issue as others reported but decided to install app to see for myself- kept giving me "ban operation" notification and the city was in Osaka, Japan lol.

3. Click pay, and get a msg that I have to wait 24 hours for my credit card to be verified? Wow! What a waste of time and poor business practice.

4. I have a US based cell service, was travelling in Colombia and I gave the app location services permission but it identified me as being in the Dominican Republic with no way to override this obvious error.

5. It automatically defaults my location as Dominican republic when my current location is Florida! So it's really designed for Dominican republic residentsIt *NO LONGER* gives me the option to leave notes prior to entering the order.

6. Forced to agree to terms we can't even understand.Waste of time, app does not work locally if you are traveling internationally.

7. Unbelievable! Don't waste your time unless you have local phone service in the country where you are physically located at the moment.

8. Poorly developed app.This app wants to manage your calls, take pictures, manage your storage and know your location, and if you don't grant the permission the app won't launch.Do not recommend it at all.

9. Didi Food is multinational company and also this app accepted three languages Spanish, English and Chinese.

10. Some of my coworkers have allergies and we end up giving calls to the stores for specifications, which in many situations do not respond with courtesy.

11. From somewhere i have got their helpline number and they force me to speak in Spanish even i have told them that i not know proper Spanish.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DiDi Delivery Issues

1. Fix DiDi Delivery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DiDi Delivery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DiDi Delivery App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DiDi Delivery" » Open DiDi Delivery: Deliver & Earn » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DiDi Delivery » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DiDi Delivery: Deliver & Earn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DiDi Delivery servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DiDi Delivery: Deliver & Earn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DiDi Delivery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DiDi Delivery might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DiDi Delivery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DiDi Delivery then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DiDi Delivery not working


2. Fix DiDi Delivery Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DiDi Delivery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DiDi Delivery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DiDi Delivery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
