I phone to customer support, but they answered they do not refund, I can write "mail", as I understand, it is means, they do not care.worst app in the world because we order food from an restaurant and we paid money for it and in the app it was showing we should wait for 3 hours for the food ok we was ready for it and we did wait for the delivary guy to come after after 3 we checked the mobile and we got the delivery message that it is cancelled and they was saying that the delivery guy call and stand outside of our house for 10mins in real we didn't even recive a call and the support said that they can't do anythingYou order food and pay for it.

Awful service and the worst delivery app, you take the money, you don't deliver the order then say sorry for the inconvenience but we can't give you the money backwell, there's some pretty disgusting dev techniques used to keep the app in the left corner of the recent apps screen of android 9 ALWAYS.

3. Now - you just can't trust it anymore in getting the food.The app strongly lies about an estimated time for delivery than it's really required to motivate you to make an order.
