Restart Decathlon Engage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
Update the Decathlon Engage App. Here is how:
On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Decathlon Engage" » Open Decathlon Engage » click "Update".
On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Decathlon Engage » click "UPDATE".
Clear Decathlon Engage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Decathlon Engage servers.
Check Decathlon Engage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Decathlon Engage might not work.
Uninstall and reinstall Decathlon Engage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Decathlon Engage then reinstall.
