1. So much for helping people find love, this is why people can't stay in touch because of the ridiculous costs! I'm already paying monthly fee for other apps that have unlimited messages & video's.With other apps and subscriptions the ability to chat is unlimited.

2. That's just me though.I love the app for its variety of options and I found a few people I really liked & I subscribed to the monthly payments but I didn't see or read anything about credits until they popped up when I was replying to someone & the prices are super high & I can't afford to pay per message.

3. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is.Too expensive...have to constantly purchase credits to be able to use their services...total rip off of lonely people's money.

4. After paying for the monthly rate, the fact that you have to keep paying for more credits is ridiculous.

5. That's why all of the other dating apps have it.My only issue is the whole paying for everything (message,email,etc.) Money doesn't grow on trees.

6. Somehow I sent messages to a bunch of people without doing anything and lost 28 credits.

7. But the prices for it is ridiculous and when I go to buy credits for $137, the app charges me $150 instead of the original price it shows.

8. Not to mention when I bought the subscription plan, it didn't even give me the 150 credits that came with it.

9. If the security measures are in place and active, then the monthly rate should be enough to cover unlimited chatting.It's 50/50.

10. The payment system ripped me off twice...charged my credit card but didn't provide my credits.

11. I understand there are security measures in place to keep members from getting scammed, but it feels like the subscriptions are the scam.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Dating.com Issues

1. Fix Dating.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Dating.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Dating.com App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dating.com" » Open Dating.com: Global Online Date » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dating.com » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Dating.com: Global Online Date app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dating.com servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dating.com: Global Online Date" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Dating.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dating.com might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Dating.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dating.com then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dating.com not working


2. Fix Dating.com Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dating.com be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
