  • I mistakenly upgraded my account five days ago and have been reaching out since an hour after my upgrade. Not one person has responded to me to rectify this after 6 or 7 attempts of emailing. I even emailed Mr. Shapiro directly. Terms of use say you can request a refund within 14 days, I requested one within an hour. I then cancelled and requested one within in account since I can't get a response from anyone. I did not want to do this. I just wanted my original package. I was not refunded yet, but communication is so poor that I'm afraid I will not be. I don't know who to contact other than the support email. I can't find a phone number anywhere. I even tried going about it by leaving a review in the app store. I don't want to complain about this app because I love every one of the authors and speakers! But I can't get anyone to respond to me.
