Why should I report an Issue with FaNG - Fantasy Name Generator?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Crystal Peak to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I love the names that show translations and it offers a huge variety of them on top of almost anything else you can think of! I would certainly rate more stars if possible, my only recommendation is maybe more names with translations? A really great choice, all the same, whether you're naming a faction, place, person, or thing.Awesome app! As someone who suffers from being stuck to choosing a name (for any kind, people, city names, etc) this app really helped me.

2. I'd change this to 5 stars if it gets fixed! Edit: I have reinstalled it but it still crashes immediately on start.I would have rated 4 stars, until I tried exporting my saved names list and I just get "error" messages.

3. Keep up the good work! Here's a suggestion: maybe add a button somewhere where we can contact you? I kinda want to help add content of names from my own country, but adding a contact info should definitely should be considered :)I've using the app for years and it has helped me craft the best and most absurd of names.

4. I would like to support the developer to keep working on this app, provided they demonstrate that they are providing continued support as well.This is absolutely fantastic! There are different worlds and species to choose from, which makes it SO much easier to find names for characters and for games.

6. Don't know where but it can be added to the main page showing the current list you're adding to or when i tap the add button or in the list page i could set the list i currently wantWe sometimes like to name a treasured inanimate object, like a house or a car or a tree.

7. it kinda defeats the whole purpose of the list cause I still have to sift through a bunch of names.

1. Fix FaNG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FaNG: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FaNG App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FaNG" » Open FaNG - Fantasy Name Generator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FaNG » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FaNG - Fantasy Name Generator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FaNG servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FaNG - Fantasy Name Generator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FaNG app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FaNG might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FaNG. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FaNG then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FaNG not working

2. Fix FaNG Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FaNG be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FaNG not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FaNG may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
