1. It looks amazing and i would like to give it a a five star.This is VERY annoying it doesn't download and when you press english IT CHANGES IT automatically!!! And so I don't understand any of it! I am not trying to shame this company for speaking a different language but why even add the button I really dislike this.you're lucky I even have you 2 stars.every time I clicked on the language I speak it kept going to the other language.also I could even download the map.and last but not least the app stopped working it would even open.

2. do not download because I do not reccomedIt's so beautiful map downloader but pls can you change the language in English i cannot change the language if you change the language it's atomatically back the original languageVERY BAD GAME!!!!!!well I download the map I wanted and after it was done loading and then...it just wouldn't work I was planning on rateing this app 5 star but u know what nvm!😭💢😭😭😭😭😿😿😿WHAT?! this is soooo confusing.

This app is the worst 1 Games wont download 2 when I change language to English it changes back automatically and 3 Theres alot of ads when I barely even touch the screen suddenly an ad comes up and when its over another ad pops up I do not reccomend this.Im really disappointed because i wanted to play it but it wouldn't work.

1. Fix New Horror Maps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart New Horror Maps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the New Horror Maps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "New Horror Maps" » Open New Horror Maps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for New Horror Maps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear New Horror Maps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from New Horror Maps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "New Horror Maps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check New Horror Maps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, New Horror Maps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall New Horror Maps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall New Horror Maps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing New Horror Maps not working
