1. Sales gimmick, worthless as a tool.The very first login screen does not show properly on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus! At the top part of the login there's options to login using your "Sears" credential but because other words are floating on top of it I only have either the option to login with my Apple ID or my Google account! But even worse now even after loging in via my Google account it just rerouted my in a circle to the same spot! I'd really like to be able to use this app & have it work accurate!Was a great app when I bought my Craftman lawnmower 3 years ago.
2. If this were fixed i would give a great review! Sad I dont see any admin respond to these complaints 😤 I sent an email to customer support, i guess we shall all find out if they give damn!!!despite the bad reviews i must be one of the lucky ones.
3. Then you guys requested us to do an update on it not only did it erase all my information but now only two things show up on there when it doesn't crash and that is hours until the blades need changed and Battery charge.
4. Not sure if it's because of the Sears closures and bankruptcy fillings, but the app refuses to open anymore and I no longer have access to any of my maintenance records, etc.
5. When I log in, it says to verify my account by responding to an e-mail that never arrives, rendering the Smart features of the mower useless.
6. They just don't careI have not been able to access the Smartlawn features of my Craftsman lawn tractor at all because of a problem with this app.
7. Glad I didn't pay full price for the Bluetooth piece where the app doesn't work.
8. However the last 5 months I haven't been able to login.

10. Makes the feature of tracking maintenance via smart technology useless.
11. It doesn't remember your login or password.
