Why should I report an Issue with Kippo - Dating App for Gamers?

1. With a lower price for premium services than most, being geared towards gamers like me, and have a visually appealing look, the fact that I've run out of people to swipe on while using Infinite mode on day 2 is kind of a bummer.

2. And if you accidentally swipe right on someone (which again, is easy), then there's no way to send them a message unless you match.I had plenty of matches and the set up and UI are good.

3. Additionally, I never get push notifications from the app, and it always says that there is no internet connection (which doesn't allow me to message matches) despite me having all bars and every other app on my phone working perfectly fine.

4. I get notifications from people I've unmatched with, had to restart a few times to delete matches, and have to restart to read messages when I get notifications.

5. But like the app itself, you are forced to pick people on an aesthetic level which is difficult for making good matches.

6. New matches show in the reply section when there's no actual messages, and they don't give a sort option so I have to scroll around to figure out where a conversation was moved to and in which tab.

1. Fix Kippo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kippo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kippo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kippo" » Open Kippo - Dating App for Gamers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kippo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kippo - Dating App for Gamers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kippo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kippo - Dating App for Gamers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kippo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kippo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kippo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kippo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kippo not working

2. Fix Kippo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kippo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kippo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kippo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
