1. Simply take one or multiple photos of your sheet music and transfer it to the desktop version of ScanScore with the push of a button.
2. ScanScore Capture ideally complements the desktop applications ScanScore that is also part of the FORTE Premium package*.
3. It turns your mobile device into a sheet music scanner!
4. There, you can start the recognition process, make corrections, tentatively, and export it to MusicXML or directly into the music notation program FORTE.
1. For those saying it doesn't work and only scans barcodes, you didn't read instructions on the screen :)Android app is really convenient but fidelity is extremely poor when using the app to import sheet music photo into ScanScore on laptop.
2. I dont have a PC and it would be much nicer getting the scan on cellphone, instead of mucking around with QR codes and PCs before seeing the scan. This app requires another device and an unknown QR code just to scan a peice of music and play it.
3. This app is worthless trash.Ouch. Terrible conversions - when you compare the phone scan to the result, you just have to wonder how it gets it so badly wrong.
4. Please help?Doesn't scan sheet music.
5. When I go to Scan Score afterwards and try to upload from app it tells me that there are no files on the server.
6. Apparently not using highest camera resolution on phone.Unable to get pic from phone to computer following the instructions.
7. So when I take pictures of scores on the app, and send it to the server, I open the desktop app and I try to retrieve the images on the desktop, they're not there.
8. Only seems to scan QR codes.
9. I am using the free trial of the desktop app.
10. I was able to scan some pages in and it plays them back.
11. But if it isn't working in the free trial I can't imagine paying for it.Nice idea... but impractical.
