1. It's still subscription base which that alone makes it the worst! 1 star It's just not a fair trade! And all your work with it would be locked behind a pay wall! So it's a waste of time It's not like i be using this everyday to pay a monthly fee however small it maybe! It could easily have both subscription and one time as an alternative option! No likes subscription anyways! All subscriptions goes to big and important things but not or never for these little apps!I had a super old version of this app on my pc.
2. I decided to visit the website to see what the company was up to, and was delightfully surprised to see how they've expanded that original PC app to an entire cloud sync account that cannot only be stored online in sync with apps, but you can also store your entire game collection in a file off-line on your computer and keep everything together.
3. Other than that, this a great tool to not only keep track of your games easily, know the current worth of them and you can learn a lot about them without searching through multiple different sites to do so.
4. Instead of accidentally buying the same things twice or passing on a good deal because I'm not sure if I already own it or not, it really helps to be able to pull out my phone and quickly check. Not sure when this went to subscription based, but you lost me now.
5. The UI flow is dated and where other good applications (especially that cost 15 dollars!) I don't feel like they've polished the application since I bought it over 4 years ago.
6. However after installing it I was ready to pay the $14.99 annual subscription as advertised, but the app states I need to pay $19.99 ~ perhaps the description on the app store needs to be updated as the pricing in wrong.
7. Same with the "Condition" drop down -- only displays "New Condition".I've been using this application for over 4 years and I've been so back and forth with my experience.
8. Update: I stand corrected on the free trial, however, there still ISN'T an option for a perpetual license as there was in the past.
9. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the fact that consoles can't be found and when you adjust the price per price chart once you manually enter them it doesn't increase your overall value to your collection.
10. Yes it might be an "expensive" app compared to others, but if you have hundreds of games and movies, both apps are worth it in my opinion.
11. No free trial option either...I strongly disagree with the subscription model.
