1. Some of the cues were not as safe as I prefer (max resistance out of the saddle, then sit... you should probably take a bit of resistance off since your weight is no longer helping... and hand position seated should be 1st or 2nd, not 3rd to strain the back)... but other than that, the music and cueing were clear, the music was a great tempo, it was a great way to show up at the gym and not have to think :) I'll use it again for sure!the music stops after every song and won't start again until I load it back up.
2. Tried to contact their support to alert them of these issues and it wouldn't even let me do that.I love the variety of workouts available and that the trainers provide clear instructions, including fitness level and whether or not you need equipment.
3. That is a nice feature.Great workouts, but the music cuts out constantly which is very annoying.
4. Two things which this app does better is there are programs made for progression, and you can pick what music genre you'd like in each workout.
5. I have to unlock my screen for the music to start up again.Very similar to Aaptiv.
6. The trainers are great, the music is 10x better than Aaptiv.
7. Works with Apple music in the background, but without the ability to independently adjust volume, Apple music drowns out the instructor.
8. edit: when I said my only critique I forgot about this one... Incorporating my own music into the classes would be amazing.
9. My only complaint is that the music keeps cutting off during the spin bike sessions.
10. My only critique is that I would find it helpful to see the exercises involved in each class without starting the class first.
11. You also can't see which exercises are in each workout, so it can be hard to find upper body body weight because there's no collection for it.
