If you do manage to find someone that you can exchange contact details with the 5 day time frame listed on site is now 10 for physical present, cost of site has also gone up 30% for larger credit purchases, no updates in ways to exchange contact information for those that the site can't to physical presents for!poor apps very expensive,i just paid 2350 php just for a day,for few credits,,this app was really a waste of money very disappointed don't waste money on here its like a scam,its like the men there are their artist to attract ladies,i just smell something fishy on this dating site,men are extra ordinary, please dont install and pay to this apps,its a SCAMI rate it 0/5 since I'm still a student and I can't afford this app, idk how to communicate.

2. Because actually he wrote me in English but I got German language messages in App.High cost, fake profile AI chat bots to make you spend your credits, non-existant customer service as even if one day you get a reply, they haven't actually done anything to assist.

3. I've purchased a subscription for 30 euro ( but only for the first 2 months after becomes 70 euro) and you only get 150 credits that are no good if you really want to know someone TO EXPENSIVE and full of fake profiles.I met a guy on this platform.

4. if I spend that money on your site either fix it or replace the credits when it happens.There are a lot of disadvantages of the app.

5. I still think the app is incredibly expensive, I don't mind paying and I'm sure others don't either, but the price to credit ratio make it more expensive than and phone bill.

6. Also the credit return on accidental gifts sent due to poor or strategic placing of the gift bar is a one time only.

7. Godbless 🙏Ooo man... there are so many fake profiles in this app that are only three just to make you spend your credit.

8. Please don't download it waste of money and time.

9. And I feel like some accounts are more like unrealistic due to the pictures.Too much painful 💔 This App just wants money.

10. This App just asks for the money to read or send messages to him.

11. 1 message cost 150.00, it's kinda expensive.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ZenDate Issues

1. Fix ZenDate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ZenDate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ZenDate App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZenDate" » Open ZenDate - Meet Asian Singles » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZenDate » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ZenDate - Meet Asian Singles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZenDate servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZenDate - Meet Asian Singles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ZenDate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZenDate might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ZenDate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZenDate then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZenDate not working


2. Fix ZenDate Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZenDate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZenDate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZenDate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Firstly it has not recognised that I have changed my account using my yahoo account.
    I want to complain about the amount of credits that keep being taken off me. I have just sent an online message of less than a 1000 words and had 5 credits taken off my account. This has been happening regularly since I joined and so far 2 separate customer service team members are looking into it but I have not received any further feedback nor have I received the credits back that have been taken in error.
