1. Gonna give it a few days and then I am canceling my subscription if doesn't work.Only allows you to use the service on 2 devices at a time including computers and phones.
2. This is absolute nonsense! I still haven't found a way to get refund and STOP getting charged!!!Works sometimes don't work most of the time, and you're paying 15 bucks a month for a service you can't use.
3. I have tried to contact customer service, but speaking with a real person is impossible; clicking on any link dealing with customer service just sends you back to the "troubleshooting" page, without really addressing your troubles.
4. If I'm trying to find a set of flash cards or study up on practice problems from a previous homework set, I can Google key words from the question and find an exact problem but if I try to go find it again in the app it won't pull up what I'm looking for.
5. To make matters worse, I can't use my app and my browser on the same phone without it asking me to "swap devices" even though the IP address is the exact same.
6. Changing devices does work but I want to use this device.
7. The "oops something went wrong" message comes up way too often.This app is a scam! It will not let me access my account! Says my password is wrong, but then when I request to reset it, the email never comes.

10. So if I wanted to use the app on my phone and wanted to swap to my browser, that's not allowed due to too many devices.
