GetCourse Customer Insights

1. Cuz if they did they'd be super annoyed bcuz the app can't remember at what lesson and what course you stopped, and it reiniciates the whole app every time you open any other app on your phone, which make the app just useless, cuz you have to choose over and over again - the course, the lesson and the place of the video you stopped at.Good app, everything works fine, thank you.

2. Having very little time to devote focused attention to the course per day, this experience is extremely frustrating and results in unproductive time.Email verification doesn't work at all (I never get an email no matter how many times I tried).

3. The link brings you back to the same spot where they ask you to use the pin...F***ing frustrating! To fix this I need to uninstall the app each time and then install it again.Awful, it's even worse than listening to the course in browser.

4. The problem appears when you rewind: press once - rewind, press again - everything stops and doesn't come back, you have to restart the app and the video plays from the very beginning.After last update some videos are unavailable in APP (but in Web it works).

5. Very annoying.This stupid app keeps asking me to authorize using pin which has been sent to my email, but the letter contains only the link, no pin.

6. Thank you!The app shows blank screen for the course I purchased several times a day.

7. It is clear that developers haven't tried to follow any course using this app.

8. Just now downloaded it on my tablet and can't figure out how to flip the screen horizontally? I would really appreciate if someone can help me with it.

9. Any manipulations with the videos - like starting, pausing, going full screen make the screen go black.

10. Couldn't find anything within app settings or online re flipping the screen.

11. Also, I'd like the APP has the option continue to watch/ to listen to video when minimize a window.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GetCourse Issues

1. Fix GetCourse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GetCourse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GetCourse App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GetCourse" » Open GetCourse » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GetCourse » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GetCourse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GetCourse servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GetCourse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GetCourse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GetCourse might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GetCourse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GetCourse then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GetCourse not working


2. Fix GetCourse Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GetCourse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GetCourse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GetCourse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hello,
    I use the app but today i can’t open it. Please help. I tried to restart the phone but it didn’t help. Not sure what the issue is, but the app doesn’t open for me. I’m afraid to reinstall it because don’t want to loose me history with info of my progress. I’m studying with this app and have to get back an access to my course. Please help ASAP.
