  • Hello,

    I have jumped through more hoops than I can count to try and contact you guys. At this point, I am very frustrated with your customer service as you seem to make it impossible to reach anyone. I have been with Carbon health for a week or two now and do not want to participate any longer. I searched “how to stop Carbon Heath text messages” and followed the instructions by texting “STOP”. I did that. 5 TIMES. And it did not work. All I would like is to delete my account and for you to take me off the mailing list.
