1. Easy to use & complete app (some basic improvement will really improve the user experience): The UI is quite clear and I really like the quick access module on the bottom of the app for the most frequent operations, that is really nice - One point that I find quite frustrating though is that I want to categorize my expense to better manage my finance but I always have to do it manually even for recurring expenses and that is really frustrating and it would be relatively easy to implement ++The worst signup process.

2. Eventually I just gave up and opened an account with another bank.I don't know who convinced French developers that it is a good idea to 1) use numbers-only password is a good idea 2) randomising positions of these numbers and forcing one to enter them often in addition to biometric login.

3. Once you are rejected, this does not work, so make sure to call while signing up.I created an account with this bank and had to go through the trouble of scanning all the documents.

The second one is moreover _extremely_ frustrating because one is asked to enter these numbers often and if one needs to make a quick purchase it becomes a real obstacle especially in winter when typing outdoors is hard.The UI tweaks in the latest update are nice and a step in the right direction.

5. Pretty much use it everywhere when I need to track my expenses, check for incomes or need to transfer money from savings to regular account (and vice versa).

6. They sent me an email saying that my account creation was approved and that I need to send 300Euros for it to be activated.

7. After several attempts, I thought I had managed to create the account, then was requested to make a wire transfer to validate it.

8. I've tried almost ten times and the recipient account (Boursorama) kept refusing the money.

9. I hope there is an option to switch to dark mode (more confortable for me)Worst experience I've had with a bank, so far.

10. After I did that I receive an email saying that they can't open an account for me.

Hello! I already have joint account with my husband in BursoBank. Now I want to open a card ULTIM but I cant understand how. When i go to page https://www.boursobank.com/ouvrir-un-compte and enter may phone number - nothing happening. Maybe I enter my number in wrong format? It is +33 7 84 ** ** ** fnd I put in in form like this - 07 84 ** ** **. Am I doing it right? Please, can you send me instruction how to open additional card? Thank you!
