Basement Watchdog CONNECT Customer Insights

1. edit 12/9/18...No response from Glenntronics....Please update app so we get correct time of alarm!!No real monitoring, status historic stats.

2. No response from Glentronics support.Need to add a setting to adjust time to the time zone the pump is located.

3. Last alarm time shows basement watchdog servers time not the local time.

4. This unit gives us peace of mind with all the monitoring it does and how well it relays problems to my phone.

5. Not worth the money for the wifi module.This is the second Watchdog we have had, first lasted 14 years.

7. Wifi unit will not stay connected to the wifi access point.

8. No logs of alarm,no stats of any kind.

9. The unit is 17' away from the AP with a signal of -45dB.

  4. Check Basement Watchdog CONNECT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Basement Watchdog CONNECT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Basement Watchdog CONNECT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Basement Watchdog CONNECT then reinstall.
