1. edit 12/9/18...No response from Glenntronics....Please update app so we get correct time of alarm!!No real monitoring, status historic stats.

2. No response from Glentronics support.Need to add a setting to adjust time to the time zone the pump is located.

4. This unit gives us peace of mind with all the monitoring it does and how well it relays problems to my phone.

5. Not worth the money for the wifi module.This is the second Watchdog we have had, first lasted 14 years.

1. Restart Basement Watchdog CONNECT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Basement Watchdog CONNECT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Basement Watchdog CONNECT" » Open Basement Watchdog CONNECT® – W » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Basement Watchdog CONNECT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Basement Watchdog CONNECT® – W app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Basement Watchdog CONNECT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Basement Watchdog CONNECT® – W" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Basement Watchdog CONNECT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Basement Watchdog CONNECT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Basement Watchdog CONNECT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Basement Watchdog CONNECT then reinstall.
