I fort my login in password so Poppo. Who do I retrieve my password to enables access my account.

I cannot receive the SMS code message for my account since I need to reset the password.

I have a good Network signal
I am capable of sending and receiving messages
I did not unintentionally block the code message (already checked)

I have sent mail to feedback but your Team has not responded. Without any respond your team messaged as my request solved. Such a disappointment. Why you do discrimination between male and female. Why men is uncapable to earn rewards in poppo. Why only female. Wht about LGBT people. This kind of discrimination based on gender somewhat proves that it is a bias app. Either give hosting approval who have tallent and reward them or let everyone have equall rights.
