1. They got rid of Connectech who would answer the phone and fix your problem within minutes and replaced it with a service where you schedule a call back two or three days out! What if you need help NOW! Forget it.

2. I just need help setting up their backuyp service which should be a level one support issue.

3. They have made it so difficult to set up that yoiu need tech support to set up a simple Backup.

4. They needed to phase out Connectech and phase in Tech360 not just do a hard stop.

5. Meanwhile you should avoid this service! Look at all the one star reviews.

6. This is WORST service I have ever seen.

7. Anyone who has spent more than a month in business should know that, but then again this is ATT.

8. They have never been good at implememtation.

9. ATT management really blew this one.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AT&T Tech360℠ Issues

1. Fix AT&T Tech360℠ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AT&T Tech360℠: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AT&T Tech360℠ App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AT&T Tech360℠" » Open AT&T Tech360℠ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AT&T Tech360℠ » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AT&T Tech360℠ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AT&T Tech360℠ servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AT&T Tech360℠" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AT&T Tech360℠ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AT&T Tech360℠ might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AT&T Tech360℠. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AT&T Tech360℠ then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AT&T Tech360℠ not working


2. Fix AT&T Tech360℠ Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AT&T Tech360℠ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AT&T Tech360℠ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AT&T Tech360℠ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
