Webex Events App (Socio) Customer Insights

1. Socio KNOWS that whatever they are using to create the software does not support some "normal" phones because they sent me a screen shot that listed various Samsung phone models that could run the program and those that failed.Good app / features overall.

2. This IS NOT an issue because of Android 9! The phone I have is running an older version of Android that seems to support all software that doesn't need new specialty features.

3. For 24h events, the schedule view always defaults to midnight and requires a bit of scrolling to see "now." Doesn't seem to allow events to cross midnight, requiring a second event to be created and showing inaccurate ending times.

4. My only request is to integrate a share panel feature so that we can add events + meetings directly to our real calendars on both Android & iOS.I can use it for 3-10 minutes at a time before it crashes, regardless of what I open it to use.

5. Socio sent me a screen shot from something indicating that mine was one of Samsung's phones it would not work on.

6. Simply awful! Cleared cache (as suggested) and it still freezes on opening for quite a while, but seems to _eventually_ work now.

7. The whats-happening-now pane fails to show up sometimes and prioritizes the earliest events, showing you in-progress panels or events like "Registration" that are going all day.

8. I understand that we've had a big shift because of the pandemia and now a lot more people meetings are happening online at the same time in the same space.

9. I'm a fairly technical user but I have no idea what could be causing it...I paid good money for a conference that asked to use this app.

10. Otherwise you cannot literally do anything else on the phone while watching the event.

11. Understandable but disappointing.This is a good app - IF IT WORKS ON YOUR PHONE.

  5. Uninstall and reinstall Webex Events App (Socio). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Webex Events App (Socio) then reinstall.
