1. Pathetic services by zomato.Experiencing all of the above issues that other users have....simply cant login, and when once in a blue moon when I could login, there is no content in app, no reviews, no photos, profile etc....been wasting a lot of time trying to workout how to login and upload photos, reply to review etc....i thought it was an isolated problem thats only happening to me, didnt know so many others are facing similar issues.DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP unless you want to recieve a bunch of emails you can't unsubscribe from.

2. And when I opened ticket using the zomato partner app the tickets were getting closed stating that the email that was used was not an registered email however I am getting all the emails about the order on the same email.

3. Keeps logging out and everytime I open the app Im supposed to claim the listing by entering the OTP sent to my mail and even after doing so unable to track the calls or upload pictures.

4. Been messaging their Facebook page for weeks and the replies have been "we're working on it" however now they're ignoring my messages when I'm asking why it hasn't been sorted.Same as everybody else.

5. If I go to unsubscribe via the app, the notification page doesn't load and it says I'm not connected to the internet.

6. Especially 1.1. After updating app to latest version, everytime it gets logout automatically & need to sign in again & again.

7. I don't need an email every time someone checks in to the location.

8. Neither you people updated correct location nor you are giving me access to update menu or add images.

9. Why can't you give an option to delete images? Images which I have uploaded, need to delete that.

10. Everytime I need to mark the mail & to do follow up.

11. Useless app & attitude!This app is not trustful, only big & famous brand restaurant is always highlight.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zomato Issues

1. Fix Zomato Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zomato: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zomato App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zomato" » Open Zomato for Business » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zomato » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zomato for Business app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zomato servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zomato for Business" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zomato app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zomato might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zomato. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zomato then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zomato not working


2. Fix Zomato Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zomato be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zomato not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zomato may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
