This app is excellent due to its interface & design but few options are missing like, Unable to add custom fields in Profile & Qualifier section like for Ex.1 :- "available from 11:00am -01.00am & 6.00pm - 9.00pm" Ex.2 :- "Date of Entry" options neither from the app nor from the HelloLEADS web app.

3. Let me send messages through social media like IG TG, TK etceasy to use and many powerful features.05 Mar 23 - Very intuitive.

4. And to add to it cute UI.Please make it such that reminders for appointments pop up as notifications on one's phone instead of being sent to email.

5. Developers have a great job for which I want to give 5 star but due to few missing points I gave 4 stars.

6. The sales process is flawless and createdwith a mindset of sales people.

1. Fix HelloLeads CRM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HelloLeads CRM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HelloLeads CRM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HelloLeads CRM" » Open HelloLeads CRM - Sales Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HelloLeads CRM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HelloLeads CRM - Sales Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HelloLeads CRM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HelloLeads CRM - Sales Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HelloLeads CRM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HelloLeads CRM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HelloLeads CRM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HelloLeads CRM then reinstall.
