Thus far, from the perspective of organizing my contacts, having a ready reminder of follow-ups, having a useful calendar, and being able to attach a specific value to a particular client or prospect, it has been extremely useful.It is certainly an excellent CRM product, exceedingly superior to the many that I have so far tried.

This app is excellent due to its interface & design but few options are missing like, Unable to add custom fields in Profile & Qualifier section like for Ex.1 :- "available from 11:00am -01.00am & 6.00pm - 9.00pm" Ex.2 :- "Date of Entry" options neither from the app nor from the HelloLEADS web app.
3. Let me send messages through social media like IG TG, TK etceasy to use and many powerful features.05 Mar 23 - Very intuitive.
4. And to add to it cute UI.Please make it such that reminders for appointments pop up as notifications on one's phone instead of being sent to email.
