Adventure Academy Customer Insights

1. It was working perfectly for a couple of weeks and suddenly started freezing and now it will only work for a few minutes at a time and only IF I go in clear the data cache, uninstall the app, restart my computer and reinstall the app, utterly ridiculous.This worked great the first handfull of times my kids tried to use this app it worked great and they loved it.

2. It's been about 2 months of it not loading, constantly having errors and freezing up 2 different computers (1 of which is brand new) and 2 different tablets.

3. The things they have for 5th-6th aren't very challenging.I love it! It's really fun and they have great books and math games and cool inventions videos.

4. Freezes up constantly, lag time loading is HORRIBLE, and lastly- is not compatible with most new/current tablets.

5. Disappointing since when they had a chance to use it they loved it, now I have to cancel my subscription.We love playing and learning at Adventure Academy.

6. It appears so often 89% of the time I'm seeing a loading screen.

7. We have a time limit on screens, so in 30 minutes they spend probably 15-20 waiting or stuck.

8. Overall great concept and the few times it worked, the kids loved it.

9. It's not a troubleshooting issue, it's poor design.Overall it's a great game.

10. It's constantly freezing, or locking my kids into an activity they want to leave.

11. I can't even really rate the game because it takes forever to load.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Adventure Academy Issues

1. Fix Adventure Academy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Adventure Academy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Adventure Academy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Adventure Academy" » Open Adventure Academy » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Adventure Academy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Adventure Academy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Adventure Academy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Adventure Academy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Adventure Academy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Adventure Academy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Adventure Academy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Adventure Academy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Adventure Academy not working


2. Fix Adventure Academy Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Adventure Academy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Adventure Academy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Adventure Academy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have been being charged through my bank account services of $9.99 & now the amount of $12.99 has been being taken out of my bank account! The worst part is that it was a Christmas gift fir my grandson & I recently discovered that he hasn’t received any products!! I’m sure I will not be reimburse for these 2 years, so I want to cancel due to not product & money being taken out of my bank account!
