1. One of the features that doesn't work is their option to rate the quality of a contact.Doesn't even let me log in with an auto saved user name and password, keeps resetting over and over and over.......endless loop, makes it pretty difficult to answer customers when I can't even access the app.

2. Leads are fake and when you cancel they don't actually cancel they just charge another month and when you try to call to cancel again no one is capable of it and you will struggle to contact someone.

3. *Update* I have deleted the app (wish it was forever) re-downloaded it, changed my password, it works for about a day or two then stops allowing log in again... The app refuses to recognize auto log-in.

4. Would not recommend signing up with them in a contract ever.Was contacted by agent from angie's list very poor service quality.

5. Asked me why I even wanted to advertize and began to limit what services my company provides.

6. Dont recommend at all.App doesn't work.

7. Only the set up screen which doesn't work.

8. I get spam estimate inquiries often, yet there is no option for me to mark them as spam or to flag the messages.

9. I have to completely close out the app after using, or it won't work the next time I open the app - even though I use the app all day to give estimates.

10. I explained to them for the last 2 months that I no longer wanted to do this but they have continued to charge me anyways.

11. You also can't cancel anything yourself.Loading pages is a painfully slow.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Angi Pro Ads Issues

1. Fix Angi Pro Ads Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Angi Pro Ads: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Angi Pro Ads App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Angi Pro Ads" » Open Angi Pro Ads » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Angi Pro Ads » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Angi Pro Ads app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Angi Pro Ads servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Angi Pro Ads" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Angi Pro Ads app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Angi Pro Ads might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Angi Pro Ads. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Angi Pro Ads then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Angi Pro Ads not working


2. Fix Angi Pro Ads Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Angi Pro Ads be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Angi Pro Ads not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Angi Pro Ads may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
