Cellcard Customer Insights

1. The problem is it's slow to update my balance, I have to wait about 4-5 minutes after topup for it to update my in-app balance so that i can subscribe to the service I want.Horrible. Every time I add money with the app it never goes through until I wait 30 minutes to talk to someone then it happens.

2. Please make it better.Horrible!!! It's always log out my account.When i try to log in again it didn't send code to my number.What's wash of time try to log in back.What's more, it's keep saying An error has occurred again and again for like a hundred timesI brought 10 sim card to install on a 4G LTE dongle to be able to give wifi to my advertising screens all over the city, But i can't add more than 6 numbers on cell card app.

3. If you allow me to buy this amount of sim card i should be able to add them to my cellcard account.I lost a lot of money bcoz they intentionally make it confusing.

4. $1 becomes $333 but it's fake money & if you don't convert ur real money into fake Cellcard dollars, then ur real money will be treated as fake money when u make a call or use ur internet data .

5. 😶So bad,when I top up sometime it doesn't show my wallet in the app and if I subscribe to another plan during using other plan it well cut off my old plan even I still have some money in that plan so it cut my money too this is unfair.

6. But when I topped up money, The app still auto subscript to Cellcard serey with 10GB data.

7. Bad experience, I topped up money using ABA payway, but I didn't get updated my balance while my transaction was successfully in ABA mobile.

8. Also when you topup, there is so delay for the system to recognize ur topup, so that many people think that d topup failed so u do it again & again until you've put too much money in your account which will expire in a week or two.

9. I tried to switch to regular because I want to switch my plan to cellcard serey with 15GB of data.

10. Its very annoying.Horrible. Purchases doesn't work and don't give me my money back and have lots of problem with the SMS.

11. Finally I lost money in total by $2.5 by used nothing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cellcard Issues

1. Fix Cellcard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Cellcard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cellcard App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cellcard" » Open Cellcard » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cellcard » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Cellcard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cellcard servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cellcard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cellcard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cellcard might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cellcard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cellcard then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cellcard not working


2. Fix Cellcard Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cellcard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cellcard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cellcard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
