1. I had a simple problem that needed to be fixed and only needed a different Dr that was covered by my insurance to send a new script to the pharmacy not only did they tell me there's nothing they can do they told me to pay cash for it which is almost $1000 it also took forever to answer.

2. The team gets back to you very quickly if you have a question and professionally.I'm having issues getting the app to load up.. when I click on the app it goes to a blank screen.. I've sent emails to the support link but am uncertain if the issue will be resolved or if I even sent the email correctly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix QuickMD Issues

1. Fix QuickMD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart QuickMD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the QuickMD App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QuickMD" » Open QuickMD - Online Healthcare » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QuickMD » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear QuickMD - Online Healthcare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QuickMD servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QuickMD - Online Healthcare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check QuickMD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QuickMD might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall QuickMD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QuickMD then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QuickMD not working


2. Fix QuickMD Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QuickMD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QuickMD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QuickMD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I paid to see the QuickMD on Saturday at 6:30 am for suboxone treatment and I still have not received my prescription. They keep putting me off and I e had to do all the legwork trying to get the pharmacy to fill the suboxone but they will not, because the doctor is out of Los Angeles and I'm in South Texas,why would they make me an appointment with a doctor from a totally different state knowing it says in the website that the doctor has to be in the same state as patient and I haven't heard anything from them today

If so, what happens next? Do I get a refund or do you personally make sure they fill the prescription yall called in?   • I have seen docter and was issued a pascription of Suboxon how ever the pascription was called in to Walmart witch would not honer the script so I went back on the app and filled out to have the script resent to Wynndixxy on 23rd st Panama city Fla 32405 and they have still not received any thing for me.I was then informed by the pharmacy that I should call the docter and address this matter and I can not find any phone # or any way to talk to a live person.I desperately need my medication please help.

  • I paid the 99.00 fee for my suboxone appointment and the doctor never called. I stayed by my phone for 35-45 mins waiting. And so I finally was able to successfully send a message to QuickMD and got a reply stating I will be refunded “CREDIT” in the amount of 79.00 for missed appointment. I have emailed and emailed and tried calling to ask why am I not being reimbursed the 99.00 and why did the doctor not call me, is there something I need to do on my end but to no prevail. Like I said The email stated I have a credit with them in the amount of 79.00 but I am afraid ti even try booking another appointment for this same thing may happen again. And honestly if doctors do this often that 21.00 per patient they are getting for free. I refuse to book another appointment until I speak to someone. This is Suboxone we are talking about and I feel If they don’t have more compassion for someone who has been on this medication for 15 years to not toy with the patience appointments this doctor doesn’t need to be providing this service. Now I am 2 days without and can’t get anyone to speak to me or reply to email with any solution other than I’ve been credited 79.00 of my 99.00. This is insane. I do t understand how any type of service such as medical that prescribed medications including controlled substance is legal to not have any sort of contact information other than a doctor calling you. If I were to need ti speak to the doctor or a side effect I guess that would call me for to have to pay another 99.00 and wait a couple days when he is next available. This is insane. How could this possibly be legal to provide such lack of customer service when theirs are medications involved.

  • On 6/22/2022, I saw a doctor to receive MAT care. A prescription was written however It has been canceled and I have not received any medication. I reached out for 2 weeks asking for help to no avail, desperate for help I made another appointment for 7/11 now quick md is asking another $50 for a drug test despite never even receiving my medication.   • Been trying to reach a live person, my script was sent to a whole different pharmacy. One I’ve never used. All I get is emails telling me it’ll take 2-3 days since I’m changing it.   • I have been emailing quick mdcare team since Friday morningI have scheduled and paid for an appointment for this past Friday earlier last week when I went to log on Friday morning my appt just wasn't showing up at all I emailed care team and they just kept telling me they were booked and app would be down over weekend my appt was for my med refills I've been patient with them for long time I also have seizures I have to take meds for I have emailed them over and over explained I have been out of all my meds since Friday my suboxone keppra and Prozac I've requested multiple timesForFor themFor them to have someone call me or have my refills called in its now tues night ive been out of my meds since Friday which is very unsafe considering I have seizures but they don't seem to care yet I already paid for qppt so I will most likely end up in hospital or have seizures......
