1. There is no reason a legitimate product should be this difficult to use.Great functionality and super helpful when I don't have access to my laptop! 2. And I tried to activate the fingerprint login and it doesn't even work, it let's me scan my fingerprint and then it goes back to the blank login page.

3. Deserves a below zero scoreHow about you fix the added security now, Everytime I login now I have to resend for a code each time.

7. A super basic function that the company has yet to figure out.Tapping on an account or the arrows does nothing.

8. It doesn't even give you an average cost basis of a holding, so you have to go to Transaction History to look up all your transactions and do the math yourself to figure it out.

9. Are there ample security features? This is so poorly designed and the functionality is awful.

10. I changed my password and I tried to log in and guess what? It says wrong password.

11. If you press the back button it asks you to logout and you have no way to get back to the landing page.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Milliman Issues

1. Fix Milliman Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Milliman: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Milliman App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Milliman" » Open Milliman Mobile Benefits » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Milliman » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Milliman Mobile Benefits app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Milliman servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Milliman Mobile Benefits" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Milliman app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Milliman might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Milliman. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Milliman then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Milliman not working


2. Fix Milliman Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Milliman be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Milliman not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Milliman may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
