Former cross country runner, yoga enthusiast, and this is hard.There was a glitch and I had to keep going back to the last exercise so that I can see what next exercise I had to do but, all I seen was green overall the exercise was pretty cool/easy for 5 exercise this app would of been cooler if it didn't have the ads that was probably what the glitch was have fun for all who try this app and never give upThe work outs were very good it was working for me but i Don't like the fact that once my phone light goes off and i put it up the timer wont ring, if i minimise and return it starts entirely from beginning.

3. I really enjoyed using the app but and it's really great exercises it does a lot of jumping I love it! Burns calories, but idk I'd really like a preview of what exercises would be in the workout and for some reason, thevtine duration cannot be changed I don't understand it.
