1. Editing because developer is potentially working on the issue.Too bad wife and I was excited but the app never opened froze on startup on some kind of Database 30.000 names and that it.... Never opened.... On our both phones...My wife's matches are not updating.. hers shows 4+ and mine is stuck on two.. 4. I mean, I'm hitting an ad every 30 seconds or so as I scroll through names, plus every time I try to hear the pronunciation of a name, plus every time I try to look up the meaning and popularity of a name.

5. Not worth the money especially because there were several common names it never even listed.Way too glitchy, frustrating and uninstalling because it's barely useable.

6. Select just American names, and you'll still get names from other countries and many of the names literally have less than 5 people have been named it.

7. My wife and I synced or accounts and got through our lists, but starting this past Friday (January 17, 2020) we haven't been able to get back in.

8. Multiple weird spellings for even weirder names.

9. All it unlocked were names users added in themselves and now it won't even open the app.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Name Together » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Name Together app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Name Together" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
