Also, there's no plus sized clothing available even though a large percentage of fans are over a size 16.Shipping fee is more expensive than Amazon or eBay standard ground shipping, PayPal is the only option of pay on US store, and a lot of people are saying that there products are not coming in and that customer support is not good.

2. Also on a side note, shipping is still very expensive plus the taxes on top of that AND it can take SO LONG for the products to ship out (which is odd when I order from the USA shop...?) But honestly, the shop overall is pretty good and has gotten better about customer service.

3. this is bery frustrating especially when i need to open the app urgently, but it won't even load and instead i have to spend the time on updates first.Is it just me or are other people having trouble finding where to purchase VODs on the app? I can't see a tab or sub-tab where the VODs are located.

4. If I had just the light in the first place all this wouldn't have had to happen.Love the idea of offical BTS mech! BUT.. shipping cost way too much.

5. Talked to customer support and finally got a reply telling me it was my mistake for sending it over and that they could send a replacement as long as I pay the shipping fee.

6. And while you're at it, code a damn browser shop, because there is literally no reason not to and I guarantee it will pay for itself in less than a week.Ordered the membership kit and the lamp was missing the light piece.

7. This is the third time this has happened.... and not to mention they've almost doubled the shipping fee since I first started buying things from them within a year.

8. Thanks to no browser shop and an app with a devastating bug, I've missed out on many opportunities, likely including this year's fanclub membership, which no one else can order for me.

9. We work hard for our money and willing to purchase BTS mech but shipping cost is a little ridiculous.

10. Many complained about the shipping costs but they're pretty realistic considering that they ship from the other side of the world and always use a box.

11. I can't afford to pay more for shipping than for the merchandise.Not happy anymore Just had to update this app, due to changes.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Weverse Shop Issues

1. Fix Weverse Shop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Weverse Shop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Weverse Shop App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weverse Shop" » Open Weverse Shop » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weverse Shop » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Weverse Shop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weverse Shop servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weverse Shop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Weverse Shop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weverse Shop might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Weverse Shop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weverse Shop then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weverse Shop not working


2. Fix Weverse Shop Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weverse Shop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weverse Shop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weverse Shop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • First of all, I could not find a solution even though I contacted the representatives of the weverse application a million times. They banned my account for no reason. I have decided to close my account today. At the moment, all I want and ask from you is to transfer my Army membership to my new account. I don't want my money to go to waste.

  • Hello,

    I placed an order on Weverse Shop for two items on August 17, 2021. My order number is 1668358855389008. It says that it’s shipping soon, but I have yet to receive them at all. The items were not pre-order purchases. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times with no help at all. I am frustrated regarding this order and I would like a refund because I do not think my items will ever arrive at this point.

  • I'm an international customer and through Paypal, I paid for a pre-order of one(1) 2022 Season's Greetings & Wall Calendar Package as a gift for my girl. I then received my bank statement having deducted three(3) times the amount I was supposed to pay... literally, three transactions. I need the extra two(2) back as a refund please.

  • I’ve ordered the BTS ARMY bomb 2 months ago and it says it hasn’t even been shipped yet, it took the money off my card, so I’m confused I’d like the Army bomb or a refund, this is my first time using the app and didn’t think this would happen.

  • Good afternoon, I ask contacting regarding an error with my order. Yesterday I ordered Map of the Soul 7 lucky draw which features a members acrylic stand and the base. At first I kept getting error messages and when I checked my card balance and it had taken out $20. However the payment remained pending and I have still not received a confirmation email of my order being ordered. I would cancel the order but it does not pop up on the "my orders" tab. Could please help me out?

  • I made an order of 1 ticket for the SEVENTEEN LIVE CONCERT on the Weverse Shop, it told me to complete requirements for "shipping" such as e-mail (which is the one I'm emailing your from) and phone number.
    Payment went through good and was accepted, I bought the ticket as a guest, I didn't log in by mistake and I didn't get a confirmation email like other Weverse orders did.
    I don't know how to verify my ticket, since when I log in using this account no orders result actually done.

    I expect this mistake to be fixed as soon as possible, or I demand an immediate refund.
