1. The 'in App' purchase is a complete rip-off (they don't tell you about the ongoing costs when you buy the associated camera) - just buy an SD card instead.works great and easy to use.. I purchase 4 cams.. I would like to merge it with Home Assistant..Fantastic being using this for almost 2 to 3 years very good and reliable.The video quality is great and I like how there's no lag whatsoever.
2. The Device works excellent! Really wish enlarged screen had a Battery Meter? Device is 97 FT away from it's WiFi modem, decent picture on SD, but switch to HD and clock skips, picture is choppy.
3. Not ideal for an outdoor camera! It has also stopped sending notifications for "Activity detected".
4. It works well with the camera I purchased.
5. for a long time, but just 3 days ago I buy this same camera for a customer and after installation.
6. Stays at 100% charge so far on a solar camera, and with HD and high sensitivity triggers only around 10 times per day.
7. You see the camera view and all key functions right there on the screen.
8. Also, I can't add a second camera at another property because it doesn't work.
9. I use an SD card, only tricky thing I found in the app is that it has cloud storage on default.
10. This morning I awoke and checked the camera using the app.
11. With 64GB SD card and good mesh WiFi I get coverage around the house.

I have an i-cam + camera and I see there are some video clips which were sent from 5am to 19pm. No further than that and it happened for days. I need event that happened at night, mid night till morning from 15th February 23hrs to 16th am.

l have an issue with new product - 4g solar hd camera- i-Cam+. When registering the camera on the app, the app does not scan the qrcode of the i-cam+ camera. The app does not use the camera of the iphone to obtian the qrcode because it does. Not have access to the camera. I have iPhone with iOS 16.7.2.
There is a bug in the app and needs to be corrected.

I have I-cam+ cameras and I would like too use some other android App, where I have other IP cameras which are not I-cam type.
For I-cam i can not find type of stream: rtsp over tcp, rtsp over udp, and other. Would you please send me technical data or parametres which I need to configure for example in tinyCam App.
I would like also embed I-cam camera stream in my Home page.
Which video stream IP protocol you are using, are you using H.264 video compression, which port tcp or udp port is using for data stream etc,...

Camera not workin
I’m trying to add another new WiFi security camera to my home but I can’t get my app to use the camera to scan the QR code. I’m connected to a 2.4 Wi-Fi connection like my other 2 cameras are on but it won’t install my new camera that’s exactly like my other 2.
I have been trying to register an account but the captcha code isn't showing

My surveillance camera is bound and l am unable to use it and there is a prompt to dele original account or call customer service. The problem is l don't have access to the e email for forgotten password band there is no customer service number listed for the app i-cam+
