1. Seems pretty nifty ans looking forward to building my data! The app is a really great way of monitoring both daily and long term trends in recovery and performance! Easy to link to other apps like Strava and PolarFlow so you can have everything in one place.
2. I would recommend trying it out and committing to inputting your metrics and syncing training data regularly, to see the full benefits of the app.Great App and has potential to be even better! The integration with Oura Ring is essential.
3. Definitely recommend it for any amateur (or elite) athlete wanting to get more serious about training, health, fitness, recovery, and tracking their daily metrics. The app is very helpful for monitoring trends in training load and recovery.
4. One small setback: the app's HRV recording system is not compatible with some phones due to the need for a particular placing of the camera and flash units; however, this issue can be overcome if one is using the Oura ring to track HRV.
5. One thing can be improved is that the interface & navigation can be more intuitive when viewing data, especially for premium users with years of logs. It'd be good to specificy which phones are for camera HRV measuring.
6. The combination of subjective measures and objective data is useful for getting a holistic view of how training is affecting life, and vice versa.
7. Your data is taken using the phone camera and flash.Just downloaded it and while VERY curious to use it, it refuses to load past the login.
8. (Another app gave me HRV in one minute.) App has potential if they would put in the slightest effort.Hi, love the comprehensiveness of this app regarding my training and recovery.
9. Won't read HRV on my Pixel 3a - says phone is too slow (clearly wrong, but - blame the customer, right?) Meanwhile, camera gets VERY HOT, requiring several idle minutes btwn attempts.
10. Employs heart rate characteristics to provide a different perspective for your training and tracks your subjective responses.
11. It's an invaluable way to assess one's readiness for training and has enabled me to know when to push myself and when to hold back and prioritise recovery.
