1. The support asks for the order number but there is no way to see the order number if you already have a support ticket (apparently it appears once) Since my account and my order cannot be found by the support I cannot cancel my order either :)It was good but online chat based support is not working and I am charged for a undelivered order.

2. What do I have to pay for? They just bring me another brand of water.Terrible support! I have not received my order and opened a ticket.

3. Happened at least 3 times like this and my money is just gone.Hello evrey one , this Company it's not good at all, I made order last time and I didn't got it and besides they didn't give me my money back , of course I called them many times but no answers and nobody answered me, So really it's not recommended at all.

4. Status update: as a BISU app, they did what they could do and solved the problem, but as eylul su who is a provider for water inside the application, they are stealers.What you order is not necessarily in stock.

5. I couldn't reach the customer care because they don't answer.Your eylul distributor stole from us 2 empty water bottles, and I have been trying to reach the customer service for 2 weeks without any answer.

6. I'm deleting.Order is not reaching, I can not reach to support center.

7. App worked like a charm for the past 3 years then suddenly, the only payment option that shows when ordering is cash on delivery and no other option to select payment by credit or debit card.

8. You should activate your call center again immediately.this app is an absolute pain in the @$$, keeps crashing, update errors, failure to add products, loosing adress what else???Spam! Don't use.

9. To buy another brand of water you have to pay a one-time fee of several dozen liras.

10. Cancelled orders, delivery durations over 1 day... fast delivery name is a joke... i've had enough, i cant take any more.

1. Fix BiSU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BiSU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BiSU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BiSU" » Open BiSU - Carboy Water & Market » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BiSU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BiSU - Carboy Water & Market app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BiSU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BiSU - Carboy Water & Market" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BiSU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BiSU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BiSU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BiSU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BiSU not working


2. Fix BiSU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BiSU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BiSU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BiSU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
