1. The pick lists don't work - I will very deliberately make a selection but on the resulting screen it will show a selection other than what I chose (for example state, birth date).

2. I don't recommend this app anymore.It's fairly simple to use, although kind of annoying that I can't set up multiple profiles (especially since the ad showed a woman handing her phone over to her boyfriend, so technically he would've gotten a "diagnosis" based on her background; kinda misleading, honestly).

3. I'm constantly having issues like being charged multiple times, being unable to resume a visit, being charged and then the doctor just closing the chat without helping me, and the app freezing and not loading.

4. Luckily the initial doc I connected with was licensed in my state.While pretty thorough in most areas, there seems to be no symptom in the list to choose for a slow, hard-pounding heart.

5. I called customer service and spoke with Alexis twice (she was very nice and helpful) to make sure there wasn't anything going on.

6. It was also the worst telehealth experience I've had with a doctor, who I suspect was relying on an "AI" to answer questions or had just suffered head trauma.

7. for instance, if I need a refill on my thyroid meds there is no need to go through all the questions designed to help diagnose my thyroid condition that I've had for 10 years.

8. Requesting an appointment requires that you use an "AI powered" intake form, that takes an incredibly long time to fill out, and removes a number of choices and options that are clinically important.

9. I do like that I can put in my health background and medications; the other symptom checking app I'd used recently, Ada, doesn't have that option.

10. Also, I initially chose the wrong state by accident, there should probably be a confirmation step just in case someone does the same thing.

11. I love the service but the app is slow and asks way too many questions when I know exactly what's wrong.

  3. Clear K Health | 24/7 Virtual Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from K Health | 24/7 Virtual Care servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "K Health | 24/7 Virtual Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check K Health | 24/7 Virtual Care app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, K Health | 24/7 Virtual Care might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall K Health | 24/7 Virtual Care. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall K Health | 24/7 Virtual Care then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing K Health | 24/7 Virtual Care not working

  • Is the doctor that I spoke with Associate with me and didn't give me any options or give me a chance to respond before he closed the case told me to go get my test results from labcorp. I went to lab corps I took my test which cost me $259 for urine only samples. These samples now have to be sent to Southern California California in order to receive my results.. So basically I'm So L until next week And I'm out of Work until I get these test results back and that's not including any kind of medication that I'll need moving forward. He did not provide me with any kind of options for or places I could get this test at test that he was just short with me

  • K Health issues! Just a few minutes ago I sent you them a support request and they replied with the following Ticket #01763062. I have had nothing but issues with your App today! Should you not provide the services for which I am paid in full for 3 months; money taken from my account on July 8th, 2021 then I wish to cancel my membership for future 3 month billings and you cannot continue to bill me for additional months after this! I need a phone number for KHealth! Thanking you in advance for getting this resolved. YOU NEED TO FIND A WAY TO DO THIS THROUGH LAPTOP AND DESKTOP APP ALSO. Why is it that we cannot do this on a laptop computer? Why is this done on cellphone only? This is not the reason for my email today. YOU ARE ASKING ME TO PAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP AGAIN? I AM ALREADY ON FILE WITH YOU AS A PAID CUSTOMER FOR 3 MONTHS; PAYMENT WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON JULY 8TH, 2021! WHAT IS UP WITH THIS? I AM TRYING TO USE YOUR SERVICE AND IT IS MAKING ME PAY AGAIN. ALSO THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION I TRIED DOING TODAY CAME US AS NOT VALID!

  • I paid $27 for 3 month plan I hit the button again by mistake last night for $27 so it hit my card so you're charged me $27 again and all I was doing was trying to cancel my account so now I need a refund for my mistake plus I've been with y'all for a month I have $18 coming back to me try my three months plan so if you could do this I appreciate it very much my phone number is 470 312 4453 my name is David Jacobs thank you
