  • On the Nike Running Club app, v7.1.1, there are tabulation errors. I have run a total of 31.0 miles in January 2021 (as of 01/10/2021) as shown in the 'Activity' tab. But, in the 'Leadership' tab, it shows that I have run more: 37.03 miles. There is a discrepancy between total monthly mileage reported in the two tabs. Please help rectify.

  • Hi!
    My nike run club has suddenly started measuring my standard runs radically differently -- eg. what used to be a 4km now measuring at 5km. I am running the same route - what is going on?!
    Please contact me for screenshots, or my login is "Eva Pappenheim".
    Contrast for example my runs on 05/05/20 (measures 4km) and on 23/11/20 (measures 5km). All runs since October (admittedly only 3 runs in that period...) are showing the same issue. Thanks!
