  • Hi HelloTalk comer service. I am new user on this app and without free trial I apply for the VIP account when I started using this app. And I didn’t clear saw any advices to try this just for a month and I applied for yearly subscription which is I paid my money for the hole year. but after a few days of using HelloTalk I am not satisfied with this app. The explanation wasn’t that clear and I thought I will be able to do more action to improve my learning. I so disappointed and unfortunately I would like to delete my account and ask for a full refund, please. If you need more information, please let me know. please help me resolve this problem.

    My account seems to be hacked my country and my native language it's been changed. And I don't know how can i turn it back i hope you'll change it as soon as possible.

  • I am not able to create a new account.
