purchased Visory camera from Wartons portugal. told it was easy to set up. 1st problem having downloaded the app was the i needed a 2nd mobile to handle the app. 2nd problem had to sign up for one year which I duly was obliged to do to be able to continue with the instruction load up detail. Found the process to complicated and returned camera to store for credit. I now had to try and cancel the yearly subscription which I thought was via google subscriptions as the only reference to payment for a google app was a charge of 17.88 on 5th February 2024. I have spent weeks of and on to try and cancel the subscription without success as google subscriptions are not details my payment for 17.88 . can you please check your records for payment against my credit card end with 7772 the last 4 digits on my account. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. The loss of 17 .88 was not my main concern but the automatic recurring payment at the end of the year. regards .. Graham Wright
